  • Your going to need a huge computer case if you want to fit 6 of those into a desktop. (Mine has 8 conventional fans )

  • Comment removed

  • The torque depends of the magnets power and size for push and need a few heavy wheels so you can get a few horse power. This one is an good experimental one but if you think in power you have to think heavy and big also expend some money. Bedini Motors Have a lot of Torque if is well built for it!

  • Bendini looks like a step in the right direction, but not quite viable yet.

  • my pulse motor has a lot of torque....!!

  • You can get 'free' AC from your land line phone jack.

  • The Bedini SSG is not a Motor, Otis an energizer. It was created for the soul purpose if capturing the energy spike that restores and energizes Lead Acid Batteries. In order to use this system as a "Motor" you will have to design a way to exponentially multiply the rotational mass! At the same time, you will have to create, capture and amplify the energy needed to power the device. All the while trying to keep it light enough to be able to transport it.

  • I have built a Bedini style motor, and attempted to charge a second battery while running from the first

    - although my multimeter showed a rising voltage on the charging battery, once it was removed from the circuit, it rapidly lost the charge and returned to its uncharged state.

    Is this normal behaviour?

I couldn't get the charged battery to do anything like the same amount of useful work as a battery charged in a conventional manner.

  • @shobley Yes. bedini is a bad joke to scam people and experimenters have run away with it, believing the con.

  • tell me can you explain the coil how many turns and the thickness of the coil in mm

  • The idea is nice but let's face it, what amount of useful work could one of these actually do? Once you incur a load on them, they quit. At best, it's worthless technology right now. When you try to get one of these to do something useful, the load increases and the need for more energy than is being provided occurs.

  • I've seen tht site and the new one for $4,800. Trying to keep my costs down. Looks like I'll just have to make one myself. I'll be looking to your instructional videos. :-)

  • Can I buy a working Bedini charger from you? I want to charge a deep cycle battery for my aquaponics system.

  • As much as I would love to, I'm afraid the technology is still owned by John Bedini.

He does have a series of chargers available. If you search for

    r-charge

the website for the Renaissance Chargers should come up.

  • dude where do you get all this cool plastic that you make your motors out of.

  • I have friends in the plastic fabrication industry... they can have any shape I want cut to size... Not cheap but it's worth it ^_^

  • so what your saying is that it runs the fan and charges the batteries running the fan? i looked in to this a while back but my memory is not the best on thesubject...i think i have to watch more benini vids

  • It won't charge the battery running the fan but you can charge a separate bank of batteries at the same time as running the fan.

  • @introvertebrate shit thats good enough!

  • Very nice

    thank you!!

  • The torque is small but it is there. I see that what you are doing is comparing the efficiency of both circuits. Are you charging as well with this setup? I am curious about the Steorn setup... have you had a chance to test it out? Thanks for sharing!

  • Yes, charging at the same time... charging cop at the moment is about 0.3 while it is loaded with the fan so the total COP looks very close to 1. Will be doing more extensive load tests under different conditions this week. (5 stars for asking by the way! I was beginning to think no one would ask about the charging!)

Haven't experimented with the orbo and don't intend to. The toroids are interesting but they haven't given out enough information to make a replication.

  • I thought SSG is a pulse generator to charge batteries.

  • It charges batteries as well :D

  • Maybe you should add the words "just kidding" somewhere in the description. Anyone who has actually BUILT one of these and worked with it knows that it has torque. My very first one had the rotor attached to a small pm motor so I could load it and see for myself. These are more than just mechanical switchers. Built correctly, they can also do work. Thanks for all your years of work with this.

  • @Lidmotor It says that the title is just just a joke 14 seconds into the video but I guess it needs to be even more obvious than a physical demonstration of a bedini motor ACTUALLY producing torque... lol

and you keep up the good work ;) I'm watching!

  • Some do some don't. Check out the latest "Rodin Coil" Bedini, you will eat your words.

  • Posted today ace-of-clubs .mpg

    Search "Rodin" or "Bedin"i

  • @hhoforvolts Just watched the ace of clubs video but it doesn't demonstrate torque???

  • You missed the point... the video is showing that it DOES indeed have torque ^_^

Equivellant to what is considered to be an 85% efficient motor... that is pretty torquey... lol

  • Gee.why did you use a " ! " ? when you should have used a ' ? " in your title? Some times we base our replies on the printed word and bypass the video or not giving the video the full attention it deserves.

On my videos I give great thought to the tilte when posting. Sorry for my mistake.

  • Because I'm sick of naysayers repeating "bedini motors have no torque" over and over again like a mantra so I say it as an exclamation ^_^ then prove them wrong!

  • Your right about the naysayers but think about this, How many people just didn't look at your video because they hate them too and right away think you are one of them.....You want people to look, that number 1

  • Good question... How many people didn't look at the video because of the title?

I know 221 people in 24 hours have watched the video based only on the title.

  • Ah..............what you don't know is how many naysayers versus the believers that 211 represents............and nothing you or I will ever do, convince the naysayers, and that's what your title plays to, so you miss a lot of believers, don't you.

  • Great video, thanks. I have made 4 Bedini motors now thanks to your tutorial videos you made a while back. The one I like the best is the one magnet, no bearing Bedini replication of Jonnydavro that I made. That thing really spins.

    Thanks again.

    Bill

  • Always wondered about these....good you showed the tests. Thank you!

  • Looks good.... keep up the good work. I am working on an Adams motor right now and will be posting soon.

  • very little torque, true unless you make a miltipole configuration, but the bedini motor is really more of a switching mechanism to produce a scalar wave pulse by which you can charge a bank of batteries, the mechanical output of the motor is just an added bonus.

  • @lukusr Sounds like you didn't watch the video?

  • na dude im just sayin the torqe is inherently less in a bedini motor than a standard dc motor becase of the field configuraton of the magnets but it produces more power when the battery charging effect is considered.

  • This was great to watch.. I am a layman when it come's to things like this but I can appreciate how much research and time you put into this on-going project. Thank you very much for being an innovator and pioneer.

  • Glad you liked it and thanks for the encouragement ^_^
