Think of it this way, Half Life can't touch Halo (No matter how good it is compared to Halo, Halo is bigger, more money, fanbase, ect) and L4D can't touch Half Life for popularity.

i wasnt talking about money, was talking about age. but o well, your statement is true. l4d creators now have to make "L4d 2" and not addons. o well im still going to buy #2. and for the people who dont want to buy it are going to be left out and screw you, valve is not going to make addons to l4d for new weapons and characters or levels just for you.

They have to add a shit load of things to L4D2 not 1. If they don't it will be bashed by reviewers. We didn't think 4 levels was bad until we found out that L4D1 was over, now we feel ripped off. And reviewers are just like us and will feel the same if L4D2 isn't larger than the first.

Nope it won't be anywhere near Halo, L4D has lost a lot of its fanbase since they announced L4D2, and if they don't add a shit load of levels then it's going to be bashed horribily by reviewers.

Thanks to Valve being the only developer bitching they can't work with the Ps3, it's sad then they are the only one who hasn't figured out a way when every other has. L4D IMO SUCKS, I wasted 60 dollars for a 4 level game, I'll stick to RE....
