He is using Word 2003 version...speech, you might have to install it. 2007 lacks a lot of things, that is why some companies are not using 2007.

I think it would be best to buy the actual software because it is not legal to download it. It is still possible to download, but you might not get the full version and the program is pretty big. Just search the download on google... goodluck!
