  • Thanks, it was a short video but very informative I have to have one this next month and i am very very nervous. That same day they are going to also do an upper GI which they said is almost like the TEE i had done on me over 2yrs ago so i guess that one i am not to bothered by but the bottom scope i am.lol

  • I have Crohns and have had many colonoscopys, one of which the doctor let a "fellow" do mine and he punctured my colon. I didn't use to be afraid but I wish I would have questioned the doctor beforehand and made sure she did the proceedure herself. Now I wear a colostomy bag. It is not always a happy ending, no pun intended
