You know you can turn off the chat feature, right? You just click the chat thing on the bottom right-hand side of the screen, click the gear, and un-check 'Available for chat'. (I rarely have mine turned on for the same reason you guys don't like it. Inevitably, the chat comes at an inconvenient time, and then I have to decided between being a jerk and just signing off or trying to explain why I don't want to talk them right now.)

Facebook pet peeve #13: people who relentlessly ask you to SHARE their stuff. If we want to share it, we will! We don't have to be asked 6 times a day! We know the share button is there, and if your stuff is share-worthy, we will use it without being prompted to do so!
