@einarfox Let's see: according to Wikipedia the useful load of the Super Guppy is 24720 kg, and the Beluga's is 47000 kg. And the Super Guppy's cargo hold volume is about 810 m³ while the Beluga's is 1210 m³. So it would seem the Beluga is larger and can lift more.
ive been to tolouse airport many times and been to the facotry where all the parts are assembled, i also live 5 miles from the facotry that makes the wings. The super transporter flies very low over my house!

It carries hollow structures. It will not lift a tank of the ground. It's too massive. But aircraft structures are very lightweight for their sizes.
