does anyone know if one of the still shots of the little girl was used for the vinyl cover of the idlewild single 'queen of the troubled teens'? It looks familiar and its black and white and the girl in this, and the vinyl cover look the same. But this is a great band...

When you look at the Seaweed catalog as a fully-functional, tightly knit band (before the departure of Bulgrien), this band is perfect. Every song is a fucking winner. A mini-Beatles tucked away in Tacoma. Albeit the Seaweeds didn't pussy out of touring, and remained until their very last show in Chapel Hill, one fuck of a force on stage.

@chairfires another mini beatles from the aburideen area is the melvins, just the vast erray of genres they have covered and influenced is truly amazing, and they are one amazing show.

Jannus Landing, the fairgrounds (warped tour), the Rubb, and the Masquerade (the Ritz?) for sure.

They are playing a festival in gainesville on late October. I haven't seen them since '96 when they opened for Candlebox (ugh). Can't wait!
