i think he would adapt, he would probably just live a normal life just as the remaining Beatles do today and he might release an album here or there. They might even have staged a Beatles reunion with only three Beatles but giving that asswhole did to the world by killing him, none of that never hapened. I guess we just have to move on. I also think that what happened on December 8, 1980 was very horendous. John Lennon was a great man and he definitely would have adapted to these hard times.
given he had just released a wonderfully great album right before his death, he would have continued to make only hte music only a John Lennon could make right up to this very day... peace and love would still be the mantra...his activism i believe may have taken a different form (no more bed-ins per se) but he still would have taken his stance...in any event, what a wonderful thing to dream...and the truth of it is, he is stil with us today, just listen...
I think Lennon would've adapted to the 21st century because of the fact that the situation today is more complex than it was back in the 60s. He would probably continue his job as an activist and would get back with John, Paul and George. Everything today would be much better if Lennon was still alive...
I think he COULD adapt but wouldn't want to...you know how the Lennon-man is. Second of all, 21st century sucks but he probably would just keep makin' songs and albums like Paul and Ringo
Lol I think he would like I mean there is still Rolls Royce's for him to have, nice houses and all that. But I think John's would've done what McCartneys done and cruised on and wrote more great songs and remain the wonderful dreamer that he is. RIP John
I think he would have adapted. Everyone else has. I think he still would have been very true to himself, though, I don't think he would have changed his style completely. But he definitely would have adapted.
I don't know if he would have 'adapted' I think he would have sontinued doing what he did best. I hope his musical style wouldn't have adapted that much, he was timeless the way he was and I think that would have carried through to the 21st century. He shouldn't change because the times are changing, he would continue to be the inspirational, motivational song writer he was =) I LUUUUV JOHN!!
Of course he would have kept on going like the other Beatles. He was just starting to make a comeback, and I'm sure his musical styles would have adapted throughout the years like McCartney's did,
Thanks....,I will go 1ST!? Well I don't know if He would be mourning 'Jacksons death, but then again we all saw 'Lennon had a big heart n loved people. I bet 'bloody Mcartney maybe in trouble with the'LYB.(lENNON Yoko Band) of Gypsy's for selling all his F-ING songs...YEA? Thinks Lennon would carry on like a goog Englishmen. Thanks,record1207. PEACE!!!!!
I suppose so....would've been a LOT different. Music would be better, I hope. If only that bastard hadn't shot him.

I think the only way he could adapt is by making more anti-war songs...

John Lennon was already living in the 21st century back in the 1950's.
