people do this same exact style in like every major city in america, I always wonder what makes them do the exact same thing as the guy a block away... I'd try to find my own angle, but whatever.
He was using a foam like pad dipped into different color paint. It was neat because there were different colors on different sides/edges/corners of the foam, so when he drew, he had good control of what color he wanted and sometimes all the colors at the same time!

Awesome, where was this filmed? I live in DC and there is always someone doing these at either the Chinatown or Foggy Bottom Metro stops.
