what area you guys in? I work on a farm in Hermon. We use a New Holland 2115. A tree fell on it last winter so she's been out all of hay season. Shes back up and ready for corn later this month.

a 5830 has a jd 619 with 290 hp unless you turned up your injector pump

i think the automatic knife sharpener is on the 6000's and newer.
We will be getting a KP.
It does have iron gaurd.
if you still use it how 'bout a vid.?

Nice video. We have a 32 year old 5440 and I'm looking at that machine and there is not a lot of differences except hp really.
Does this machine have an automatic knife sharpener? KP? Metal detector?
