Everytime I hear the part round @0:41 all I can think about is WMIII when howard Finkle says "The winner of this contest............in his FAREWELL match.........Rowdy, Roddy, PIPER!!!!" goosebumps all over. Definitely top 5 all time with Hogan, Flair, Savage, and Dusty.

@sukebechan36 this wasn't the theme they used for that. This theme debuted at WrestleMania V in 1989 and was used until 1992.

@KHayes666 I agree. But, it is actually from 1987-1996. It was played for Roddy at Wrestlemania 3 all the way for him to Wrestlemania 12. It’s a great Scottish song called The Bonnie Lass o/of Fyvie.

@romans52345 Both my DVD copy of WM3 as well as my over 22 year-old copy of WM3 has this as his theme. I know that current DVDs have themes dubbed over original ones. However, I don't know if the WWF had was doing this in 1990. Plus, why wouldn't they just dub his current theme in the WM3 DVD if "Bonnie Lass of Fyvie" wasn't originally used.

@DrunkbutSmart No the orignal VHS Coliseum Video version of WM3 and the DVD version ( i have both myself) Piper's Theme is different than the theme he had in WM5, 6, 7, 8 10,11, And 12...

@romans52345 That's bizzar. I checked his WM3 entrance on youtube and, you're right, he has his WM1 and WM2 theme. However, my DVD has "Bonnie Lass" as his theme, something that I didn't think that the WWE still had the rights to. My VHS machine is long dead, but the youtube video confirms that he still had his theme from 1985. My DVD is from the anthology series, something that the WWE overdubbed heavily and, often, arbitrarily during production.

The HOT SCOT is one of the all time greats. His character was one of the greatest and most captivating of all time. Whether he was a heel smashing Snuka's head in with a coconut or as a lovable face taking the IC title from The Mountie at Royal Rumble '92, the man could do it all!
