  • Cory's "This happened TODAY?!" at the end there is my exact response whenever I see someone still using racist slurs toward people -_- I don't understand how people haven't learned better by now.

  • how in the world could they write off minkus for the later episodes?! he was fantastic!

  • oh how i love the weird topanga!

  • i wish they would've kept Linda, she was my favorite girlfriend of Eric's :)

  • it's interesting that tapanga isn't credited in the intro of the show, but mincus is. considering she becomes a main character, and mincus disappears later on.

  • @goldust8 well Minkus was there since the beginning, Topanga came in like the third episode. Minkus was in more episodes this season and i think he was meant to stay, but for some reason was no longer a part of the show :(

  • "Heyyy dudeee! Sorry I'm late...I was chillin' with my homies"

    best ever. lolllll

  • 2:48 - 2:52 What scares me is there are most likely real kids in the world with this kind of logic.

  • @karan LOL

  • Linda was a slutttttttt

  • i thought minkus WAS his first name, lol.

  • I wonder what they called her at the mall?!

  • @sexiestthang101 I have a feeling slut or something like that

  • @karan6 No, it was a racial slur. The whole point of the episode is racism and she's Japanese.

  • @sexiestthang101 "chink"

  • @sexiestthang101 I always wondered that too, you know on Family Matters during the black history episode they managed to show the N-word spray painted on Laura's locker so I don't know why they couldn't have been a little more explicit here and let us know WHAT she was called.

  • I laughed my ass off at 5:13!

  • "People, people, people...are we going to do our social studies work today?"

    "Minkus, Minkus, Minkus...shut up."

  • Cory is left handed! (see 0:10 )

  • i love shawn haha

  • how is topanga so pretty as an 11 year old unfair

  • Ok I get that the writers were doing this episode to get a message across but I have to say this was a tad bit of convenient writing on their part.

  • Thumbs up if you're glad the writers didn't continue to make Topanga as a total hippie for the run of the show?

  • Minkus: Excuse me Mr. Hey Dude, but I already did my homework.

Cory: Minkus, get a life. That's your homework. Get. A life.

  • lol "Hey Dude!" :D

  • "Yeah fine as long as you're covered up."

Hahaha if only his character knew...

  • @XxCrazyCandyxX it stands for "without papers" since most Italians back in the day didn't have any identification when they came to the U.S.

  • cory is a lefty.

  • Soooo what did that guy call that Linda girl?

  • @RedskinsLuva4Life most likely a rude comment about her being Asian.

  • @RedskinsLuva4Life probably chink

  • Minkus Minkus Minkus....Shut up

  • im confused-what is that name cory called shawn mean anyway?

  • @kriswski4 What are you talking about? Cory asked Shawn, "where is Mr. Feeny? I mean..George." He was asking where George Feeny was.

  • @grammarnazi2009 No no no. I mean the name that Cory calls shawn to prove his point at the end

  • @kriswski4 oooohhh well that's on the next video...and it's a derogatory term for Italians. This episode (part of it's point) was to talk about prejudice.

  • Comment removed

  • Topanga is so weird ... thank god she changes x

  • lol shawn playin poker with feeney

  • Shawn is hilarious

Minkis:People, people, people are we gonna do our social studies today

    Shawn:Minkis,minkis,minkis Shut Up!

    Shawn is da lulz

  • Danielle Fishel is such a good actress at such a young age! She doesn't even crack a smile. She's freakin adorable!

  • @kissitoxo and she was sexy as a bitch while i was growing up

  • 2 people were chillin' with their homies

  • Well since she gave Morgan a Japanese lantern I'm guessing she was called a jap, but I call them japs all the time, for me it's just a shorter way of saying Japanese. No offence.

  • @captainkickazz360 Maybe it's not what a person says, but the way they say it. Any word can hurt if it's said with malice.

  • @captainkickazz360 well people are going to take offense.....

  • @captainkickazz360 You're guessing...heh. I'm going to take a wild guess and say it was a hell of a lot more offensive than Jap.

  • Oh no, a bad name!

  • Lol! "Get a life, Minkus, that's your assignment. Get. A. Life" Poor Minkus XD

  • @KittenKindness wisest thing i ever heard cory say

  • Feeny: me classa es su classa. oh Feeny

  • My name is "Hey.Dude". That alright with you, George"?

    hahaha

  • hahaha feeny was hilarious! and omg morgan "ont time in daycare a boy called me poo poo head" lmfao! bmw is amazingg <333

  • i will only answer to the name hahahha lmfao

  • Remember back then we didin't have to match! (: HAHA.

  • Chillin with my homies! He is so awesome.

  • 0:10 ben savage is left handed!

  • @astroid2395 wow, i never noticed that before! until you said that, i would never have known!

  • eric is so sweet here

  • Feeny really is the greatest.

  • i'm channeling, i will only answer to the name, 'owwwow'

  • ahh cory and topangas young love

  • I like how Cory's friend with the red hair is wearing a Mets hat. I don't think they'd be that good of friends with Cory being a Phils fan.

  • He called her a chink. Its not as bad as they made it like in 2010 in my school everyone calls eachother nigger, chink, spic, u name it. IDK whaen I c=watched this in 1st grade I was crying for her though lol.

  • @MrCrayonInk95

well the words are one thing, its the user that everyone should be concerned about. Like a bud of mine could say "sup kike" and I wouldn't care. But if some random tells me "you kikes are all the same" that is completely different. Its context that we need to worry about hate language. Not the words.

  • @bigjew899 Yea it is the words, sorry, but if you thought it was ok to be called "kike," that's disgraceful.

  • @Sshelly34213

only reason I didn't mind is cuz it was a friend of mine who called me it. I knew he was joking. Its when someone uses it in a derogatory TONE that makes it bad. For example, callng someone a "cheap kike" is just as bad than calling them a "cheap zionist believer in the Old Testament." only that it is lazier to use the epithet. Someone could avoid epithets and still be extremely offensive and racist. Being PC does NOT qualify anything. Remember that.

  • @bigjew899 I understand that he didn't mean it, but it's still a word that he thinks is ok to use...and that's wrong.

It's like if someone came up to you every day and just called you a bitch for no reason and it was in fact a "friendly" thing...there's something slightly masochistic about such a person.

Why cheap? The stereotype of Jews being cheap is why. It's like calling me a greasy Italian, but "just in gest!" It's disturbing to me personally.

  • @bigjew899 Think of this, if the word disappeared off the face of the earth, then what would the racist people call other races? They would have no words for that because they would have never heard the word kike or Nigger or Wop. Even if they read them in some archaic book, the words wouldn't really have any weight to them because they wouldn't understand them as bad.

So just using the word itself is not really a good thing to do. I disagree from a standpoint that has nothing to do with PC.

  • @bigjew899 I don't care if I offend people, I just want people to be truthful-which is why I usually end up offending most people I meet...but I digress.

Calling someone a cheap kike is not truthful...Jews are not cheap, that is a weird stereotype that has nothing to do with genetics. Those of the genetic lineage don't have "cheapness" attached to their DNA. So it's bogus. This is what I detest, the "un-authenticity" that stereotypes create.-I know I just made up a word there.

  • @Sshelly34213

You have to be pretty creative to offend someone with honesty. I have yet to meet anyone who didn't appreciate honesty, in fact it is those who sugarcoat everything who are the least desired. You claim that you are truthful, yet are not considerate of others cuz you don't care if you offend ppl. That my friend, is hypocrisy. And congratulations, you have been creative enough to get me on my bad side and piss me off. This discussion is over.

  • @bigjew899 Look. Calling someone a cheap kike in gest is not funny, it's not original, it's not friendly, and it's stereotyping. If you don't have a problem with it, other people might. The word is still offensive

No I never claimed to be considerate, I'm not considerate.-although I think it's considerate to be honest in the long run, some people wouldn't consider me that. I am honest, which isn't necessarily the same thing.

  • @If someone went up to me and asked me if they had singing talent and they didn't, I wouldn't lie to them. They would feel bad for awhile and then move on with their life. Some people would consider this inconsiderate, but I don't.

What offends you may not offend me. Offense is a subjective experience, so am I supposed to read your mind?

Also give me an example of where I haven't been considerate!

You're just pissed because I don't think it's funny to call someone a racist name in gest.

  • @bigjew899 Don't you think that's such a stupid thing to be angry about? Why should I piss off for simply sharing my opinion? That's not fair? Where's the offense here? What are you so offended by and afraid of? What's wrong with my opinion because I fail to see anything wrong.

I gave you logical reasons why I disagreed with you, why must you make this into something personal. You brought up the idea in the first place, did you honestly think your comment wouldn't been a disagreeable one?

  • Is that Lindsay price

  • poo poo head lmmfaoo

  • "A boy @ daycare, once called me poopoo head." lol. I love morgan.

  • You can tell Topanga is tryin not to laugh after that funky noise she made.

  • some people are just so rude

  • hahha i love old topanga. its so funny thinking of how this all turns out

  • :O Corey's left-handed.!

  • 6:33 eric was so nice and normal and smart....he's so stupid in the more recent episodes

  • i would love to be comforted by eric ;) except i could do without the name...

  • "Hey Dude, sorry I'm late. I was chilling with my homies." XD XD XD

  • what did the dude at the mall call her?

  • probably something involiving her asian nationality

  • "mudblood"

  • @miss0ashton Jap probably. It is the same as how the N word it the diss to african americans

  • @svahrsrdacwby I don't think Jap would make a girl cry like that. Plus racists aren't considerate of what nation an Asian is actually from. He probably even went worse than "chink" to some smart incorporation of "rice" and the B word.

  • @Elfinesmom I assumed the person called her a "gook" - and i just got disgusted typing it!

  • @Hamsibian

aren't koreans referred to as gooks? that japenese lamp hints that she was probably called jap.

  • how come everyone is poppin up with mr in their names wierd , its a tv show pull your head outta your ass

  • I wish they would have at least explained that it was a racist name for Linda because otherwise it's like um ok? I didn't even notice she was Asian until Cory said so in part 3

  • how did u not notice????????

arent there asians where u live!!!!!

  • "a boy at daycare once called me poo poo head" lol morgans so cute

  • @mageline ya think?

  • shawn used to be srta a jerk

  • minkus dont tell me you want to sit on a yogurt cushion too.

    bahahahah. awesommeee.

  • i must say they got a group of kids that can act I couldn't imagine doing this at like 11 yrs old and being believable

  • i do the same thng:)

  • omg the way minkus bounces, hes such a little creep hahaha love him

  • Excuse me Mr. Hey Dude but I did my homework....lol Minkus is great they should have kept his character

  • i dont get it. what was the name?

  • I love how shocked and concerned cory is when he hear's that Linda got called a bad name. In that one moment, he grew up a little. I love this show.

  • I wish Topanga stayed a hippie free spirit throughout the series.

  • HAHAHAAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHA "Yogurt Cushion"

  • How dare that jerk hurt my linda!

  • lol topanga is a trip

  • haha oh my god topanga!!!! i love how weird she is in these older episodes lol =)

  • i loved this episode because it talked about equality and how you should think about peoples feelings

  • feeney is funny. Espically the bettng part.

  • The actress that played linda was really the same age as the actor playing eric it's on imdb

  • I love this show!!!! it's so real! bring shows like this back!!!!

  • i wonder what they called her...the only word i can think of that might insult her is...ummm..."chink". :( are there any other words?

  • Isn't she Japanese, though? Then again, I suppose some prejudice bastard wouldn't know that...

  • she is japanese! well, i think thats what it said... :( thats awful! poor girl!

  • Yeah, 'cos she brought the lantern from Tokyo.

    Poor Linda.

  • I actually thought she was the best out of Eric's gfs and she loved Morgan so much.

  • 5:14 lol

  • 4:41 hahahaha

  • hahahahaha this episode is the best hilarious!!!

  • yogart cushion!!! HA!

  • they probably called linda an insult for being asian. since they are talking about prejudice. and she had given morgan that thing from japan, so yeah.

  • a boy at daycare. once called me poopoo head. lmfao i laughed so hard at that line

  • he probably called linda the b word.

  • "It was about the Nazis and the Jews, a long time ago, back when there was prejudice."

Ironically humorous without even trying- sjow today could learn a lot about this show.

This was always one of my favoirite episodes- funny, plus what Cory says at the end to get the kids to care about Anne Frank and the Holocaust.......... touching.

  • I agree. It's a really good episode.

  • what did the jerk call linda

  • i was ROLLING on that one, best line of the episode! Shawn is the best, counterparted my dude Eric, my favorites.

  • im pretty sure its lindsay price from beverly hills and lipstick jungle

  • Oh ok

  • As if she would sit their crying about that....

  • Present but not all here.

    ROTFL

  • Thats funny he wrote the line under hey dude before he wrote the middle line in the "E".

  • I know I love how cory wrote "Hey Dude". lmao... twas awesome.

  • Aw, it's so cute how Eric and Morgan interact in the earlier seasons.

  • haha topanga was such a strange child :)

  • i liked topanga's new name

  • 04:42

    Position she's in.

    LOL

  • i wonder wat they called her... but w.e its soo mean ppl can b cruel

  • judging by the next scene, it was probably chink.

  • chink?

  • a racial slur against asians. In the next scene (cory in a suit) he prefaces his lesson by saying "totally cool asian girl", so her ethnicity had something to do with the word said to her.
