I only so evidance for 3 "crimes": pointing the gun at someone's face was reckless endangement of life, shooting gas canisters in direct line of site, and burning the fields. The other "crimes" need much more explanation. Houses are torn down all over Israel when built without permit or on someone else's land. Stones are thrown daily throughout the west bank, but only rarely by Jews. And the soldiers entering this guys house seemed very civilized in the video (probably because of the camera).
i feel safe, its a bad solution but i feel safe in my home.

Jewish homeland in Israel, including Judea and Samaria. Even so In 1947 the Jews agreed to the division of the land plan of the UN, but the Arabs refused and went to war, many of them versus 1 Israel, to destroy Israel and massacre the Jews. Their words. Illegal to do isn't it?

At the end of the war, in 1948, Jordan occupied Judea and Samaria. A territory that twice was INTERNATIONALY decided to be part of a future Jewish state.
