you can just just restore your computer to an ealier time and it won't erase anything, thats what i do whenever i have something like that happen to me
I'm so sorry to hear about your computer! D: I'm guessing you've tried cleaning it a few times... I don't know if it can help at all, but something I used to get rid of a recent virus was a free online only cleaner called MicroSoft Safety Scanner, and it cleaned my system of the virus.

@KassieL101 no its not actually, you keep everything you downloaded and w/e else you had by putting it back at the time when it wasn't messed up.

@xxBlackLolitarose Yeah, it's been scanned at least 5 times. The scanner doesn't catch it at all. I'll remember that :) Thanks
