my biggest win ever-hedgehunter was an unbelievably good and clever horse,and the genius of ruby of course,check out @6.24 where ruby leans out to his left to use his bodyweight to make hedge switch to his left foot stride for the next jump-genius.paul carberry sometimes uses this technique

@comeonshaymen First: i jump with my horse,too. BUT in this video horses are falling down and maybe they're dead. I think it´s not okay to jump with a horse, when 20 other horses are jumping,too. And it's too high!

Hedgehunter was a class racehorse. One of my favourites. I'll never forget when he fell at the last the year before whilst disputing the lead. He didn't get up for ages. My heart was in my mouth. Best sight of that year was seeing him eventually rise to his feet.

I can now say that Ruby Walsh is one of the great National Hunt Jockeys. He has ridden high profile horses like this one in the 2005 Grand National.

I was scared for the hedgehunter after the fall stayed down so long in 2004 but 2005 was a brilliant and deserved win. L'Aventure still has her moments too!

I should say that McCoy would have won the National this time in 2005 had there not been those loose horses! Or maybe there would have been an exciting match race between Walsh on Hedgehunter and McCoy on Clan Royal at the closing stages.

@ 06.30 AP McCoy should have pulled the horse away from the loose horse. A man of his experience! No wonder he has never won a national. Clan Royal would not have been out of the first two.

I had those two as well! (but I had Hedgehunter too...) After that fall at the last the year before, it was hard to back against him - he may well have had it if not for falling at that crucial point!
