I've just listened to your interview. What a wonderful dialogue. I could understand and react to all you said. You reached out (as I see it ) to the ordinary man on the street. It all made so much sense. I could relate to all what the Dr was saying and all your answers (and loved your humour so beautifully thrown in). And yes that lovely NZ accent came through over phone. You were simply the best Well Done

I loved Dr Joyce's questions and how they focused on coaching being for "well" people and professionals as from my interactions with you as my Coach, one of the most self empowering aspects of your coaching is how you focus on the"now" and the future yet cover the past if/when needed from "the now". An impressive interview.

Wow! What a great interview. It took me a little while to have the time to sit down and listen but I am so glad I did. Your voice is perfect for listening and of course you have a wonderful way of expressing, without pause, your thoughts and ideas. I see how fulfilling coaching people in that capacity is.

Your Audios are excellent, thank you so much for posting them. I listened to all 5 today. Love "Goals are set and outcomes to be met". Also "well people moving forward".

I also agree with your statements about Executives, well done! You come across as a warm caring person with so much knowledge as a professional coach. I love your accent!

Wonderful interview - you have much experience and you gave me new insights and strengthened many perceptions I had. Nice to meet people like you who are ready to contribute. I believe it is vital for coaching as I have a professional background in management consulting and know by hand and heart what coaching is not :) I believe true growth happens outside of personal comfort zone. Commitment and will to change is needed.

I listened to your interview today and thought it was great. You really expressed yourself well and also the concepts of coaching. Also interesting to note was the differences between coaching and consulting and the different areas of expertise or backgrounds that they originate from.

Informative, educational, insightful and easy to listen to. A "must listen to" if you have a desire to learn about the REAL coaching process.

To know who is attracted to coaching and who coaching best suits. This is a professional and informative interview with Dr Joyce.

Loved hearing you say 'Coaching encourages self discovery" And I loved your mention of Run your own brain for a change and how a coach assists a client to listen to themselves, and gain an understanding of THEIR own self knowledge. It's TIME FOR PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND AND APPRECIATE HOW EMPOWERING IT IS TO BE COACHED BY A PROFESSIONAL COACH who is "coach specific" trained through a recognised coach training school.

Top marks for mentioning 'Coaching honours the client as the expert' thats powerful stuff and I liked how you said coaching 'brings out the creative resourcefulness ' and that you also said 'standing on this foundation the coaches responsibility is to discover, clarify and align' .Great work well done

Great interview. Segment 5 is especially great with interesting and powerful comments on "Coaching training being different to self education as it reminded me how I felt after my sessions with you. It was Coaching that was the 'AWAKENING' of my own self education.

  • The dialogue between you and Dr Joyce is very pleasant to listen to and there are reminders and thought provoking ideas for myself as well as others that meander all the way through the interview
