Thank you very much for all your videos and inventions. Does your HHO Generator work in Indian climatic conditions?? Our annual average temperatures range btw 11 to 40 degrees celcius!! If you feel that it works in India, then what would it take for mass production of the HHO Generators? Please reply.
@just1sirish Yes these work in higher temperature climates. It is the lower temperature climates where HHO does not do well.
As for mass production, you may want to go with a "dry" type of cell, because they are less expensive than the one in this video and easier to build. If you would like information please send me a message from my home page.
two thengs one is if you develop a high class generator that needs no petrol or diesel assistance to run an engine stay quite a few people have dissappered after making some of these also has anyone tryed using HHO similer to NOS use it as a booster
It is not BS- this technology works and it works everyday for many of our customers. Has for years. Our hho generators are based on a combination of wet and dry cell design, but regardless the technique works as long as you address the whole system including the O2 sensors in the car...
would you happen to have a list of parts and tools used? eg. 5 stainless steel tubes the glue you used etc. I shopping list would be nice thanks so much for the video!

We need to aggressively spread the word on this and get as many people involved as possible with making these. None of us are slaves to big oil. If a lot of people start making these and spread the word they won't be able to stop us.
It should be possible to make something like this out of a stainless steel thermos flask, in countries where it gets below zero this could prevent the water in the cell freezing overnight.
@FIREHAWK1979 That is a good idea. If you build and test a unit in a thermos, please let me know by either messaging me, or posting the video. I'd love to see it! If I find the time, I will tinker around with the concept.
Ah, thank you very much! Now, the Paseo I mentioned, it gets nearly 40mpg (High) to begin with. Rough estimate, what would I be looking at for increased efficiency/mileage? Or is that something I just have to find out on my own?
Thanks for your help so far btw! Great vids, really helpful info! I recommend these to anybody that has questions about this sort of stuff.
My electrician tells me to be careful and use white vinegar in the bubbler to neutralize the hho from the lye going into the engine. Also mentioned that if I run the engine too lean it will tend to get hot and burn the valves??
Hydroxide will ruin aluminum in no time. If you must use hydroxide, please use a secondary bubbler filled with activated carbon and water. I never heard of the vinegar trick, so I don't know if it works. Also, do not lean your motor too much, it will create heat. However, the idea is not to lean the mix too much, it is to make the fuel burn more completely (at least that is my goal). My car still runs like a dream, even after 2 years with HHO.
I actually did build one with seamless pipe, for a friend. The Expense was far greater than the production increase, IMO. But the purists like seamless and that is perfectly understandable.
what is this dangerous byproduct everyone is talking about and how do you dispose of it?
how dangerous is it exactly and is there any way to neutralize it? what is the proper handling method of this waste and how do I know if the system has accumulated too much?
Well, if you use hydroxide as an electrolyte, it is the same thing as drain cleaner. Very dangerous to touch....fatal to drink, but may be rinsed down the drain. De-plated Stainless Steel that becomes waterborn is no more dangerous than typical rust. Have they outlawed rust?? Of course not. Don't drink the used water. Do dump it down the drain, unless you are using something other than distilled water that I do not know about.
I am sure no one would drink the electrolyte just as i am sure no one would sit an inhale exhaust fume(unless they had a death wish)as you responded, but to be fair and responsible to your veiwers and future HHO gen builders they should be told of what is inside their units...when refilling dont get any on you and you cant throw any of it away , you cant clean the containers out...etc etc...
i forgot to write this...if the ss makes this nasty byproduct..i was wondering if using a diff metal would produce the hydrogen and oxygen too..say bronze?
If you use any copper alloy, or higher content of iron alloy, the water will turn black and foamy. It will clog up your generator in no time.
The SS deplates from the cathode and builds up on the annode. The cell is sealed and there really is no risk of inhalation. The mineral is too heavy to evaporate into the engine. This is basically, somewhat a plating process found in any machine shop....accept we do not use acid.
why on earth would anyone drink the solution?.and who said anything about drinking it breathing in the fumes getting it on your skin etc..ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS HAVE YOU HEARD OF THE DANGEROUS BY PRODUCTS THIS GENERATOR PRODUCES as more unsuspecting people are building these they should know about the huge health risk..I am tremendously dissapointed as i wanted to make a bunch of these but not at the expense of my or my familys health.
I am building a unit with 304 stainless plates.I have read that for optimum generation a gap of .048"-.063" is required. then i found that using stainless produces hexavalent chromium which causes cancer and is considered extremely deadly to internal organs! have you done any research on this major concern?
Any gap seems to work just fine, from .050 to .250. It all depends on your voltage and electrolyte. Please do not drink the electrolyte after running the generator. Also, try not to breathe the vapor, as it is semi-free of ions.
Man, regardless of whichever process you use, there are apparrently health implications to be concerned about. Whether you're sucking on an exhaust from a gasoline fueled engine, or drinking chromium enriched water, you're gonna have problems. I'll take the lesser of two evils, and cut out the Rockefellers from my list of utilities providers.
If you have a BETTER and more people friendly alloy solution to the pollutant questions, by all means, ELABORATE.
Who are you directing this toward? The user that makes the ignorant stainless steel comments is not found on this post. These are stainless steel pipes. Please don't use anything but really good stainless (304 - 316 - 440c - etc.) Unless you want a terrible foamy, black/green mess.
Oh, it was directed toward the guy who was sounding off about the health implications of producing chromium enriched water, and not wanting such toxic waste around his children or something...
Thanks for the pointer on the grades of stainless to use. Good work here, very interesting; I'm personally going to hold out until I've studied all of Meyer's work, but thanks, I've logged the data on what stainless is good to use. Much appreciated.
Believe, don't believe, it makes no difference. If you don't believe in gravity, you will not simply float off into space. Facts are facts. I suggest you tinker around yourself. Or not :)
God bless you!! lol dude you are awesome, I have to do this now, thanks so much for such a detailed video and such a good job putting it up for everyone. I'm going to Homedepo tomorrow!!! lol thanks again
questions, i built one exactly like yours except i only used two pipes (chrome plated copper) for help with corrosion, / rusting, the inner tube i my posotive and m outer is my negative, i spaceed them out but some how they are shorting out , (12 volt battery melts wire ,,.... yea... ) do i need to space my tubes apart more? or is the water connecting the current and basically making it a coil>? anythying will help. thanks
It varies from 37 to 48mpg highway. It depends on grade of the road, Air conditioning on or off, etc. With Air OFF and only me in the car on a flat highway, I get 48-49mpg every time. With the family and luggage and air conditioner, I get ~37. No load is key.
awesome video! I saw this a week ago thought I'd give it a try. I have it built exactly the same way you described and had slightly more hho production some how. almost 1.5 letres per minute. I'm still kinda weiry about installing it though. It's fuel injected not a carborator and I'm not an adept mechanic by any means.
Would I run multiple tubes to each combustion chamber? Have you noticed the copper tubes corroding at all? Once again, thanks and awesome video!
Great production! Glad to hear you have made the cell. If installing in an automobile, inject the gas into the air intake, before the MAF sensor (if you have one).
I have been looking at a lot of these videos on the HHO and noticed a common thread. HEAT. Getting these things too hot can obviously be a very bad thing. I want to attempt to build one for my Pathfinder (and your videos are great BTW) but I live in Phoenix. It gets very HOT here. How much concern should I have and could it be a bad idea considering the climate I am in? To try and help with my point, it's just after 10 pm as I type and 105 outside.
Heat isn't really that bad of a thing. Creating steam as well as Hydrogen will help to cool the engine and create more combustion pressure. There are a few solutions to heat. 1, run multiple small cells in series, reducing the voltage across each cell. 2, install a small circulating pump and a radiator (that cooling system should only cost you ~ 100 dollars) :)
Hey, where can I get those materials, actually more interested in the plastic you used as the spacers and bottom. But I would like to know where to get those SS 304 pipes. Is there a store I can buy from?
Thanks much! Hey, I got a question. I have a carbureted 5.0L v8. Of Course its a 4 barrel OEM style. Would I be able to power the car with just the primaries? What I mean is that I want to only use hho for the primaries and use gasoline for the secondaries! At idle it should be using no gasoline
What if I add cells to like a 4 pack config, and get get a new 120 amp alternator... My main goal here is to be able to power the engine on hho alone no matter what needs to be done in order to do so...
Uncle I am going to start with the 3.5, 2.5 and 1.5 OD tubing + and the 3.0 and 2.0 -. The 3.5, 2.5 and 1,5 will be treaded and will pass through the 3.0 and the 2.0 with a nylon tube keeping them from contacting. The 3.0 and 2.0 will be done the same way.
Found a place to get all the tubing. Also witnessed a couple of stainless tea strainers put together and seperated about 1/8 spacing. 30% battery acid was used and man it made some HY!
The neutral just gets in the way.....so to speak. I am not sure if it actually improves production. Since electrolysis takes place BETWEEN the plates, the atoms need to travel further to reach their destination. I will build a new cell, soon, that has large spacing and no neutrals.
ty for returning a comment i have tried some versions with neutrals and some two electrode and have had better usage out of the set up of - + - using a plate set up thinking of trying the coil type set up next :)
How has HY out put on the tube cell compare with the plate design? I have built one cell using 8 304 plates and it worked ok. But going to build a tube cell.
My 9 plate cell looked like a lot of production, but my 5 tube cell, with the housing being the ground, produces almost double the HH OO with the same amp draw.
hi mate, great vid do the pipes make more hho for the same amps and do you now why ? could it be to do with spacing of them? or the up draft of bubbles through the pipes keeping the pipes bubble free for more surface area, and i read a few comments ubove this one that your not sure if nutral plates are needed, could you let us all now the latest on what works best !!! thanks ive subed very interested ;D
Thanks for all your details and efforts! I have ordered your MAP/OS enhancer. Two questions: 1. How do you handle the signficant overheating issue that seems to plauge most Hydrogen systems? What else may be needed to make this work on a large Diesel engine, such as a Motor Coach?
Heating issues are usually reduced by circulation of water from a containment system. I am working on a dry cell with that set-up right now. 2+ gallons of distilled water through a cooling coil (beer cooling coil) mounted in a cooler packed with ice.
Hi Wizzard. I used a stainless steel outer housing for my cell and made the entire housing the ground. The cell is positioned in my car, in a place the forces fresh air to rush over the outside of the unit. Also, I only run it at 16 to 20 amps. Since a WATT can be directly translated to heat, the lower the amp draw the cooler the cell. NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE TELLS YOU! Thanks for the order!
It would help if you told your viewers how you insulate the screw from tubes; inside the holes. If it touches them it will short them out. Just add it to the "About" information.
Hey I am interested in your design it one of the best ones I have seen.. Can you let me know what material he tubes are ?? Thanks

That souns like a good plan. Please let me know how you make out.

Thanks for all your help uncle!

I guess you could build the same tube cell you did and go + - + - with all the tubes. I will soon have the tubing to start. Thanks for helping!
brouex43 3 years ago
Yes, you can start with +, or - it doesn't make any difference. The atoms do not care, LOL. Good luck with your cell.

Found a place to get all the tubing. Also witnessed a couple of stainless tea strainers put together and seperated about 1/8 spacing. 30% battery acid was used and man it made some HY!
brouex43 3 years ago
Battery acid, eek! How many amps did it draw? Also, it seems that 1/8 inch is a good distance.
OriginalUncleNemo 3 years ago
Yeah I thought the same thing about the battery acid!

I would like an explaination of how a netural plate or tube works. How does it act in the process of the HHO cell?
brouex43 3 years ago
The neutral just gets in the way.....so to speak. I am not sure if it actually improves production. Since electrolysis takes place BETWEEN the plates, the atoms need to travel further to reach their destination. I will build a new cell, soon, that has large spacing and no neutrals.

ty for returning a comment i have tried some versions with neutrals and some two electrode and have had better usage out of the set up of - + - using a plate set up thinking of trying the coil type set up next :)

I am having trouble locating a place to order the tubing and have them cut close to length. Can you give me a few places that will do this?
brouex43 3 years ago
Speedy metal has tubing of the size I need in .120 wall and .065. Would the .065 work better being thinner?
brouex43 3 years ago
No, thinner is not better.

Uncle Nemo
How has HY out put on the tube cell compare with the plate design? I have built one cell using 8 304 plates and it worked ok. But going to build a tube cell.
brouex43 3 years ago
My 9 plate cell looked like a lot of production, but my 5 tube cell, with the housing being the ground, produces almost double the HH OO with the same amp draw.

hi mate, great vid do the pipes make more hho for the same amps and do you now why ? could it be to do with spacing of them? or the up draft of bubbles through the pipes keeping the pipes bubble free for more surface area, and i read a few comments ubove this one that your not sure if nutral plates are needed, could you let us all now the latest on what works best !!! thanks ive subed very interested ;D

What are the sizes of the cell pipes?
brouex43 3 years ago
3.5 - 3 - 2.5 - 2 - 1.5 inches.The outer tube is 11 inches long, all others are 5 inches long.
OriginalUncleNemo 3 years ago
i was curious as to the reason for the neutral pipe
locrow 3 years ago
I am beginning to wonder if they are needed. I am testing different cells to confirm if they are needed, or not.

Thanks for all your details and efforts! I have ordered your MAP/OS enhancer. Two questions: 1. How do you handle the signficant overheating issue that seems to plauge most Hydrogen systems? What else may be needed to make this work on a large Diesel engine, such as a Motor Coach?
Thanks!

Heating issues are usually reduced by circulation of water from a containment system. I am working on a dry cell with that set-up right now. 2+ gallons of distilled water through a cooling coil (beer cooling coil) mounted in a cooler packed with ice.
kevlauenterprises 3 years ago

Your right, thanks for pointing that out. I'll add it now.

Nice Build.
It would help if you told your viewers how you insulate the screw from tubes; inside the holes. If it touches them it will short them out. Just add it to the "About" information.
Again; nice build.

Where do you buy your SS tubes?
Thank you.
