Oh man can you say unintended consequence! This will change driver behavior but in the complete opposite direction as 'intended'. Let's desensitize drivers to children playing in the road so when it really happens the driver will ignore it and ram the kid. Not to mention the danger it poses to drivers who may swerve and over correct. Stupid and clearly not thought through at all. Keep your reckless and irresponsible experiments off the road.
