@MrJiaone Well, that's not entirely true. They do talk in /general to report that a widely-spread problem is being fixed, but they never respond and just chat in a public channel. Just a few months ago a GM visited Elwynn Forest on Moon Guard to let people know that they were working to fix the blatantly offensive trolling that was going on there. He didn't respond to anything anyone said though, just made the notice and left. Too bad the trolling started again right after he left, lol.

In the past they even ran some events were players would PvP against GMs and stuff, and then GMs used to watch over raids to see of there were bugs or fixes needed, they will literally hover over the raids head watching them. My last encounter with a GM was first month of Cata where a GM just spawned out of no where, wished us good luck, and disappeared. that was in lost city of Tol'Vir.

If a GM has seen you do something against the rules and is about to ban you, deleting the character will not do anything. Basically, if a GM catches you, you're f***ed. If he hasn't seen you break the rule yet, but you know someone else did, then perhaps deleting your char would be best.

Oh, and on a live server, if you actually go to hyjal, all you see is a glitched out hole in the ground filled with sky, the cataclysm environment for hyjal has not been patched into the game yet, and hyjal was never actually made and rendered because you dont need to go there. Its the same for all parts of azeroth that you cant run to. Since you cant fly in azeroth, there has been no need for blizzard to actually render parts of teh world you cant easily get to without bugs.

Such as all the buildings are missing, only a few ruins left, a un-instanced cave exactly the same as Onyxia's only un-instanced. And all areas that you can't make it to on the map are usually just patches of floor
