Well the videos on youtube are mainly about trisomy 18 (edward syndrome) and 13 (patau syndrome), which are much worse than this one (21; down's syndrome). The trisomies are on a lower chromosome number, therefore a bigger chromosome, therefore much more damage. There can be trisomies on any chromosome, but these are the only ones where the baby may be born alive.
