for the record, when i first heard "take me to the hospital" i thought it was a rap beat. when hip hop producers (famous ones) sample beats the samples have to be cleared first and people DO get royalties and credit for their work. when other genres pull influences from hip hop music nobody really cares. Sampling is not stealing. If someone takes a "sound" or a concept and then builds an original piece of work around it, its frowned upon...its stealing.
