Just wondering...how do you avoid carple tunnel....its scary. I see you go pretty quick, pretty often and thats gotta be tough on the wrists, so how do you avoid it?

well at first it was very hard to play straight out of my wrists because when i started playing drums i playd out of my arms - well thats a thing 99% all of the starters are doing. but after years i learnd how to play out of my wrists and practised speed. im really glad that i never had injuries on my arms or wrists! -but sometimes it hurts^^

Carple Tunnel is a condition of the wrists where the nerve gets pinched by the bone causing very extreme pain. 'creamer88' is likely to develop a wrist condition at some point in his life because drumming takes a tole on your body. Morgan Rose from Sevendust has a cyst on each wrist, and he plays so hard live that his doctor says he goes through a 40mph car wreck every night.

Sorry for the late response. Carple Tunnel is completely cureable. Make sure you stretch your fingers and wrists really good before and after playing. Even if it doesn't get treated, minor cases go away with time. Just try not to develop cysts.
