I believe his name is Robert LaSardo. I've seen him in many TV shoes and movies. And he's always playing a bad guy! He is a really good actor though and I'm sorry that he's not on GH anymore.
Liz & Sky was smart for doing what they did (cell phone & extingisher/run "ur hurting me"). I felt bad for Liz. You could tell she was terrified (I would be too if a pycho like Manny grabbed me (especially after her rape). How did he duck tape her & why was he after Sky in the first place?
he was after sky because of lorenzo. if you look up alcazar, the scenes where jesse was killed and alcazar wanted to call a truce with sonny it will make more sense then.
Lucky did not have a police revolver. He wasn't on the police force at the time (I think) because this is after Jesse's death and he quit when Jesse died. Always thought that was stupid that a man would just quit his job without a back-up plan considering he had a family to support.

your right. i dont understand why they had him use that one when everyone else is carrying around a revolver, silencer or riffle. the show can be weird at times. oh well; still love it!

Unfortunately, it's another instance of Lucky being ineffective at capturing a bad guy. It's a good thing Jason was around. He got to save Elizabeth again.
