There, I have presented information the best I could so I will not comment further on this thread. I just want to say before I leave, that I, like millions of other amatuer astronomers who never have made a dime from our hobby, have looked at the stars all of our lives and we would be thrilled if there were any large new objects to view so we don't cover up anything. So people, just read the articles I shared by searching their titles. They have useful, truthful information.

Yeah, they'll all talk about Tyche, but why do they not mention The Destroyer, which is almost to Jupiter's orbit and should hit it's perihelion on Dec 23, 2012. Right. Not the 21st. The length of our year will probably change, proving that our winter solstice can't line up with everything in the Galaxy, on any one particular day, besides just the Sun. We went from 360 to 365 days in a year, the last time The Destroyer came by. The length of a day changed too.
One more thing, if there were a brown dwarf or a gas giant planet in the outer solar system astronomers would be excited and talking all about it and showing photos of it and it would be in all of the astronomey magazines and web sites.
But even if it was beyond Pluto, that wouldn't mean it is headed in our direction but that it is in a stable orbit nowhere near us.

@Deah92fooeee Actually the largest astroroid, Ceres with is in the area between Jupiter and Mars, is round and it is now classified as a dwarf planet. So that may be what they are talking about. But you are right, most astroroids are irregular in shape.

Seriously, brown dwarfs are not made of some special dark material that makes them hard to see but besides, even if they were their graviational affects would be obvious if they were anywhere near us.
Do me a favor, Mr. Astronomer? Use Microsoft's WW Telescope. Use the elliptical orbit, as your guide, turn on the infrared filter (IRIS) and find the 2 objects not to far from Regulus. To the right of the Sun, to the right of a black band, and finally to the right of Regulus. Once there, zoom in on the top one, until you're very close. Switch to the 2 Mass Imagery (Infrared) filter. This B. Dwarf has so much Iron ore, red dust surrounding it, it won't be seen, until here.
@kryshalis The reason brown dwarfs are hard to detect is because of their distance. They are failed stars, in a catatgory between the largest planets like Jupiter and the coolest, dimmest stars, red dwarf stars, and the closest brown dwarfs discovered are about 12 light years away almost 3 times the distance of the closest star. A light year is a huge distannce, about six trillion miles. If a brown dwarf were in the solar system it would be easily detected. Never mind the facts though.
Currently Jupiter is in Aries near the border of a constellation called Cetus the Whale, and one year from now it will be in Taurus in the middle of the V that forms the shape of the bulls head. Sorry astrologers, but a lot of you will say that Jupiter is in Taurus but a lot of your charts are one constellation off from the acutal sky. Like I said, check back next year on this date and if Jupiter isn't where it is supposedt to be, then worry that Nibiru is real and it is close.
If there were any large objects near our solar system that could disrupt the orbits of the planets their orbits would not be stable like they are now. If any of you have Stellarium, I think that is the name of the program, or a similar program, look up the postition of say, Jupiter, for a year from now, and yes, I believe we will still be here then, and then check back next year and look for Jupiter's postition in the sky. If it doesn't match up, then worry there is an object moving it.
I should say, Google 'Storm on Saturn' or you'll get almost anything but. This happened from a great distance from the B.D. I am still waiting for our media to talk about its new tilt. Or how about you. Don't you see it?

Sometimes we can see them open and sometimes they appear almost like they are just a line. It is called line of sight as the planets orbit the sun we view Saturn from different angles. Misleading MoFo. The Brown Dwarf at the edge of our Solar System is Tyche, and it is 4 time the size of Jupiter. The closer Brown Dwarf is only 3.5 times the size of Jupiter and is nearing Jupiter's orbit, but Jupiter is on the opposite side of the Sun. Google the "huge storm on Saturn", and you'll see what it has done. It was close enough to do that.

I agree earth's rotation would be in a tug of war with the sun and this dwarf star causing extreme weather stroms that would last for weeks to months. Our moon would be ripped out of earth's orbit or collide with earth.( Grade 7 science).
No.... That's Comet Elenin, which is only 2.5 miles wide. Although it does have extra strong magnetism for its size, it wasn't working alone. The real object is one year behind, but on the same orbit. They were both aligning at the same time, until just recently, when Elenin started it's sharp turn around the Sun. Don't worry, it is still coming. Watch for same approximate dates, as in 2011, for new, ugly events
The sun doesn't orbit, nor does it rotate.... So I highly doubt that. And also if you saw the object moving, if it were an actual blue star it would have to be extremely close for you to notice it moving. Blue and white stars are among the largest and brightest stars in the solar system, so unless it was bigger then the moon I doubt it was. Brown dwarfs are small, true, but they aren't something you can just figure out without a telescope of some sort.
Yeah I was wrong, the sun rotates but it doesn't orbit. It moves sure, but not in an orbital pattern like planets do. Also, black holes don't orbit from what we know.
@megamixa Our planets orbit the sun, the sun is in an orbital path around the center of our galaxy (the milky way) which is part of a cluster of galaxies that are also orbiting a cluster center. Everything orbits something. It is also a possibility our sun has a binary partner that are both orbiting each other as many other stars in the universe do. I advise you to read up on our current knowledge of astronomy. this changes constantly but we are getting a better understanding every time.

The nearest star is Proxima Centauri, part of a trinary system, three stars, which also includes Alpha Centauri A and Alpha Centauri B, which are about 4 light years from us. The nearest brown dwarfs, which we have been hearing a lot about of lately, are about 12 light years away. A light year is about 6 triillon miles so there are no objects in quesion that are very close at all.

Yeah, they'll all talk about Tyche, but why do they not mention The Destroyer, which is almost to Jupiter's orbit and should hit it's perihelion on Dec 23, 2012. Right. Not the 21st. The length of our year will probably change, proving that our winter solstice can't line up with everything in the Galaxy, on any one particular day, besides just the Sun. We went from 360 to 365 days in a year, the last time The Destroyer came by. The length of a day changed too.

One more thing, if there were a brown dwarf or a gas giant planet in the outer solar system astronomers would be excited and talking all about it and showing photos of it and it would be in all of the astronomey magazines and web sites.
But even if it was beyond Pluto, that wouldn't mean it is headed in our direction but that it is in a stable orbit nowhere near us.

@Deah92fooeee Actually the largest astroroid, Ceres with is in the area between Jupiter and Mars, is round and it is now classified as a dwarf planet. So that may be what they are talking about. But you are right, most astroroids are irregular in shape.

The Gov't ain't talking, just like you won't. You can find the objects in Google sky and Wikisky too, but they don't have the 2 Mass Imagery Infrared filter. Only the IRAS filter, so all you ;can see is 2 big white dots with blue points of light facing north and south. Read some ancient text from the Celts, Danes and Egyptians, commonly referred to now, as The Kolbrin Bible (Google) Read about The Destroyer. Note, the top object always says "Unknown" or nothing, and the bottom object is identified as a Star, but these same two objects have been together, crossing our Solar system together. So.. somebody is not telling you the truth. The bottom one, should be visible now too, but only from the southern hemisphere. It's magnetic field has reached us and it is mighty. Look at what happened to Saturn.

By the way, I am an amatuer astronony who has been one for most of my life and I am 52 years old. I got my first telescope when I was 8 years old. I guess that means I must be on the take from Nasa to cover up that Nibiru is really real but I am still waiting for my check, Lol!
Seriously, brown dwarfs are not made of some special dark material that makes them hard to see but besides, even if they were their graviational affects would be obvious if they were anywhere near us.

Do me a favor, Mr. Astronomer? Use Microsoft's WW Telescope. Use the elliptical orbit, as your guide, turn on the infrared filter (IRIS) and find the 2 objects not to far from Regulus. To the right of the Sun, to the right of a black band, and finally to the right of Regulus. Once there, zoom in on the top one, until you're very close. Switch to the 2 Mass Imagery (Infrared) filter. This B. Dwarf has so much Iron ore, red dust surrounding it, it won't be seen, until here.

@kryshalis The reason brown dwarfs are hard to detect is because of their distance. They are failed stars, in a catatgory between the largest planets like Jupiter and the coolest, dimmest stars, red dwarf stars, and the closest brown dwarfs discovered are about 12 light years away almost 3 times the distance of the closest star. A light year is a huge distannce, about six trillion miles. If a brown dwarf were in the solar system it would be easily detected. Never mind the facts though.

Currently Jupiter is in Aries near the border of a constellation called Cetus the Whale, and one year from now it will be in Taurus in the middle of the V that forms the shape of the bulls head. Sorry astrologers, but a lot of you will say that Jupiter is in Taurus but a lot of your charts are one constellation off from the acutal sky. Like I said, check back next year on this date and if Jupiter isn't where it is supposedt to be, then worry that Nibiru is real and it is close.

If there were any large objects near our solar system that could disrupt the orbits of the planets their orbits would not be stable like they are now. If any of you have Stellarium, I think that is the name of the program, or a similar program, look up the postition of say, Jupiter, for a year from now, and yes, I believe we will still be here then, and then check back next year and look for Jupiter's postition in the sky. If it doesn't match up, then worry there is an object moving it.

Sometimes we can see them open and sometimes they appear almost like they are just a line. It is called line of sight as the planets orbit the sun we view Saturn from different angles. I have seen them open and close, so to speak, several times in my own lifetime.
You Nibiru/Planet X people take common occurances and make it sound like it is something new, there's no Nibiru.

Misleading MoFo. The Brown Dwarf at the edge of our Solar System is Tyche, and it is 4 time the size of Jupiter. The closer Brown Dwarf is only 3.5 times the size of Jupiter and is nearing Jupiter's orbit, but Jupiter is on the opposite side of the Sun. Google the "huge storm on Saturn", and you'll see what it has done. It was close enough to do that.

I agree earth's rotation would be in a tug of war with the sun and this dwarf star causing extreme weather stroms that would last for weeks to months. Our moon would be ripped out of earth's orbit or collide with earth.( Grade 7 science).

No.... That's Comet Elenin, which is only 2.5 miles wide. Although it does have extra strong magnetism for its size, it wasn't working alone. The real object is one year behind, but on the same orbit. They were both aligning at the same time, until just recently, when Elenin started it's sharp turn around the Sun. Don't worry, it is still coming. Watch for same approximate dates, as in 2011, for new, ugly events

The sun doesn't orbit, nor does it rotate.... So I highly doubt that. And also if you saw the object moving, if it were an actual blue star it would have to be extremely close for you to notice it moving. Blue and white stars are among the largest and brightest stars in the solar system, so unless it was bigger then the moon I doubt it was. Brown dwarfs are small, true, but they aren't something you can just figure out without a telescope of some sort.

Yeah I was wrong, the sun rotates but it doesn't orbit. It moves sure, but not in an orbital pattern like planets do. Also, black holes don't orbit from what we know.

@megamixa Our planets orbit the sun, the sun is in an orbital path around the center of our galaxy (the milky way) which is part of a cluster of galaxies that are also orbiting a cluster center. Everything orbits something. It is also a possibility our sun has a binary partner that are both orbiting each other as many other stars in the universe do. I advise you to read up on our current knowledge of astronomy. this changes constantly but we are getting a better understanding every time.

@Villanovagypsy There is no evidence that the sun is part of a binary system. Where is the other star? The nearest star is Proxima Centauri, part of a trinary system, three stars, which also includes Alpha Centauri A and Alpha Centauri B, which are about 4 light years from us. The nearest brown dwarfs, which we have been hearing a lot about of lately, are about 12 light years away. A light year is about 6 triillon miles so there are no objects in quesion that are very close at all.
