people assume ringo isn't a good drummer because his playing can be simple. they're wrong! notice how in this, he starts simple and slowly, and gradually adds more and gets faster? i love his style because its simple but really effective, his playing in every song is so dynamic, i just love the touch he adds to this song!

@ZBraun95 Hi Mate - yeah this was a made for T.V. movie that premiered on British T.V. on December 26th 1967 on the BBC2 Channel entitled "Magical Mystery Tour", it's out on DVD so it should be easy to pick up. Help! was also a Beatles movie (their 2nd, after Hard Day's Night) and also "Let It Be" their final film from 1970. The Beatles had nothing to do with the Sgt Pepper movie. If you're into the Beatles I've posted the World premiere of "Free as a Bird" from Radio 1 in 1995 on my channel.

One of the reasons the Beatles were so great was because their harmonies were so damn tight. This song shows off that quality. Like on the second side of Abbey Road "Because" and "Sun King" contain just amazingly tight harmonies. The Beach Boys had nothing vocally on the Fab Four. Neither did the Byrds. CSN&Y didn't either.

@ryuman757 I don't know if John sang all the parts on Because, but it certainly would have been possible technically. George Martin had a lot to do with the Beatles' amazing technical audio engineering breakthroughs. I'll have to go give the original a listen and see whose voices are easily distinguishable, if any.
