I found that this version play in Days as well! Not as a boss theme... not even in a cutscene with Roxas in it. It plays in one of the saddest parts of Days that isn't Xion's death (which is overrated if you ask me) when Axel Xion are talking in Twilight Town. The conversation is so... heartwrenching to those with hearts.
