True that Islam already exist from time of Adam. I really don't see any point of judging other people to whom they are/religion/race or even killing people in the name of "Islam" (this is all non-sense). God is almighty, Islam is a true living religion from God to all humanity regardless of everything and Mohammed is the last prophets that seal Islam as a true religion. Quran is universal and is intended for everyone to read it regardless if one is a Moslem or not. This is how I see it.

just a case-senario question: let's say because of must upbringing into the christian faith was because i was afraid of hell. later on i die and find out that allah is the one true god and not jesus. if i decide that allah is the god because of such evidence what happen? bear in mind i still do believe in jesus as savior because there is still a possibility that christianity is true. but if after death i ask allah for forgiveness, what happens?

And try not to dwell on your lack of prayers in the past. As far as my knowledge goes, the Prophet Muhammad(P.B.U.H.) didn't receive the revelation until he was in twenties. I'm sure Allah will understand. :-)
