Yes, sort of. It is an atmel Atmega8 MCU, which is a small programmer controller. So I didn't make the chip that runs the show, just programmed it. I think I will make an instructables on this as it was a pretty fun and easy project. Cheers, Jacob

The audio in the background is in french because the TV was on SBS (an international movie was on) and I forgot to turn it off...
