I'm looking for mixing instructions for the Premixed hucogg 5000 can't find the info any where ,or should i mix it like the powder version HElp!!!!!

@mzescoe If using the premixed you just remember to subtract the amount of diluent it's in from the total mix volume.. HuCog 5000 comes in 1ml, so you'd add 9ml more instead of the 10ml you'd use for one that's freeze dried.

I thought I knew what I was doing till I saw your page lol I am mixing 5000 IU with 5ML of Bact. Water and am putting the 1 cc syringe to 20ml daily...I this correct?

With 5000 in 5ml - just add a 0 to the end of the insulin units and it'll tell you how many IU of hCG you're taking.. you for example are taking 0.2cc or 20 units - add a 0 to the 20, so you're taking 200 IU of hCG in every dose.

Best dose is based on the individual, I find 125-17 IU optimal, but if your weight loss is satisfactory and you aren't hungry using 200 IU - as they say "if it aint broke, don't fix it".

what exactly is the special project? and i recieved my hcg sonow i need 13ml of b12 and 2ml of cs? mix that with th ehcg powder and then i take 150iu twice a day? do i really need to hold it in my mouth 15 minutes?? thanks so much you have been awesome(p.s.) it only took 11 days for my hcg to arrive to OK !thats with it being misrouted.. thx so much

Well, can't say exactly what it is - but a special video for YouTube.

For the 5000 subL - correct with the ratio of diluents, is actually 166.66 IU twice daily. Ty not to eat 15 minutes either side of dosing, I held for 5-10 minutes usually.

Hey Tim,

I am gertting ready to start my third round. In the past I have been injecting 175IU but this time I was going to do 200IU. That means that I will end up with 25 injections and my phase 2 round would last 28 days. As you know I have done really well for the first 15 to 20 days and then my loss flatens out. Do you think the increase in dose would be worth a try. Thanks for all of your insight.

Personal experience, once you've found the least amount that takes care of hunger - taking more hasn't had any effect on increasing weight loss.

Having said that - there's the individual component - some people sluggish, some increased energy, some do better on lower dose, some higher.

So won't hurt, maybe you'll have a different experience.

If you add 10ml to 10,000 IU - just half the units listed above (for 150 IU instead of taking 30 units on the syringe, take 15)
