Do you know your isolations? If so just do the isolation out in front of you....like in the video, then extend both arms out and then come back in for an isolation. Thats basicly it.
Thanks to this tutorial I can finally dodge a dagger! I'll try to dodge daggers while blind folded next time.. hehehe! :D And I'm still having a beating on trying that one arm under the pits crosser and the behind the back crosser... Maybe a week practice...
picked this up pretty quick, its kinda like butterflying while skiping in place :D, 4 and a half month mark for me aswell :]
