People play Billy in 2k2 cuz is cheap,broken and extremely easy to use,charachters are supposed to have strongnesses and weaknesses,but he doesnt have any of the second,he can easily beat 2 of the three opponents charachters,unless of course,one of them is another billy....

Billy is one of the best character in 2k2. as far as i know, he doesn't have any weakness. Easy combo, long range, and fast recovery makes him a perfect fighter. BTW, his 6a and 2a is so imba~

I'm not saying I think he's a bad character, but I have noticed that.
