  • NOTE: these workout routines will get you bigger but will neglect muscles giving you a strange body shape. eg- only side delt of shoulders worked = wide shoulders but not ROUND shoulders...no calves...only one section of tri's being worked aswell as bi's... its a juggle up of looking big vs looking good

  • @WyNgZer0 thanks for your comment bro. My videos have been viewed by over 100000 viewers and it looks like people like my videos. Anyways I recommended training both chest and triceps on the same day simply because it's EFFICIENT way to train: not only you are working hard on your triceps muscle while you're working with your chest, but also both chest and triceps exercises are pushing movements.

  • @MusclePrinciples I also didn't quite get what you meant by "reading more magazines". If you get your info from magazines then I would recommend to find a more reliable sources of info, maybe like talk to a pro bodybuilder or fitness athelte or spend some time reading other peoples blogs. I don't know man, simply chill out. No one gives a fuck about your eastern european attitude here. peace

  • @WyNgZer0 chest and tris are primary muscles in pressing movements, whats wrong with training them at the same time?

  • @yommomalama because u do chest the triceps muscle is also involved like 40% as well as the shoulders like 10% and u want to do a triceps press with close grip you wont pass 60 kg turst me i tried that out,,,....sure u can put the triceps with chest and do a skull crusher or cable pull down and it's ok but i won't obtain a good mass and a horse shoe shaped triceps you can look at my profile in facebook....just type Marian KIRA from Orsova Romania

  • @WyNgZer0 you must not have any knowledge on pushin weights,yes one can do chest and triceps on the same day so you are the one who should read magazines before you open your mouth trying to sound knowledgeable when all you do are some pushups and crunches and start claiming you know bodybuilding.dumb bunny go play with your dog.

  • @BiGGShawn9 with what hes shown in the vid you WILL get bigger BUT you'll tend to have an uneven build. for example there're the 3 deltoids of the shoulder and hes only doing the side and neglecting front and back = wide shoulders but not round. bi's also need to be hit from different angles (eg- hammer curls) and hes missing calves... its pretty much just a juggling act of looking good vs looking big (also neglecting sections like ive said will hold u back when ur bigger)

  • @sdstan I see alot of people commenting on this video about the lack of abs exercises.

    Maybe you should try what I do. After you've completed the days workout, as a final touch, do some ab exercises you feel most comfortable with. Yes, that means 3x abs per week but aslong as you keep them to a minimum per day, you'll be fine.

  • to make your shoulders grow the secrete is to the exercise in good form, and more reps, 15 to 20 reps for shoulder, and the same as legs.. but other muscle groups no more then 15. but no less then 10.. otherwise you will hurt your self
