there are a lot of other great A/M moments like the one at the begining of ep4 (M: "The simple part's right" A: "What??" M:"I said the sun is very bright" ) ->"this is one of those moments when i tell you something isn't a good idea and you ignore me, isn't it?" xD......and that part from ep 5 when Merlin tells Arthur that he is a toad and that one day he wlll magicly transform into a handsome prince ...they have the funniest scenes ever!!!

Interesting-I never realized Merlin asked for a day off-nor that the conversations get more serious in a way. What gets me is how Arthur completely misses Merlin and Gwaine and their connection to what Grettr the dwarf said that "his" quest-the need for Courage, Strength and Magic. He knows Merlin is too skinny and physically weak for strength-and the dwarf called him courage...
