i had a pretty weird glitch on this game i tryed talking to one of the guys it just froze same whin i shoot that guy to it just froze the game

save your game, then reload the game the bug will disappear, it happens to me as well

dude you either fight the army or go up to right of the hill and sprint for the road but take cover at some of the trees and just run off to Sidorovich. But there's a lot more bugs after that and ya it's not a bug, the guide really leaves you alone

i have a very annoying crash which happens when i press on the quick save thing , then it crashes , and with the quick load the same f***ing thing ......... so now i cant even play the game

I'm so freakin' mad at this game! first I loose my saves and then a whole new bunch of bugs appear :( I patched to the last version and it works worst than before, I can't even take some main mission cause it just keeps getting bugged.

Yeah I hate to trash the game since I know eventually it will be patched and all... but this is pretty annoying. One of my main quests vanished so I "need to find the stalkers stash" which showed up once but was immediately superceded by "destroy duty base"... which I didn and old primary quest died... which means I can't f-ing go anywhere. I just trolly bandit guns back and forth for cash and repairs, max out my guns... nothing. Stuck. Oh well.

Yeah I hear you, I got around to the part of getting in touch with Duty and Freedom and when I ran past the bandits at that train station area the game crashed. Any attempts to reload result in the game crashing as soon as it finished loading.

My problem is the mission "Get information about Fang from the Diggers" so i go over to them but nothing happens, theres just a bunch of dead stalkers and theres nothing important on them like a PDA and nothin happens

I got the exact same problem, I had to start over once again. Got so frustrated since I had found many good stuff. After that I just rushed trough the game and the end got me really disappointed. A greate step forward apart from that. MP saak btw, why even bother...

I spotted 2 bugs, the first time you see bandits, i fought them and they dissapeard. the next one an "emmission was comming" i hid, and the quest wasn't complete afterall -.-

Well at first I thought "Hey, maybe this game wouldn't bug so bad as the first one" -- But to the hell with it, it bugs even harder. The factions bug a lot, I joined duty, and the next thing I know the Freedom base was "destroyed" without anybody doing anything, and I had "won the fight". And that is just an example. Well, I quess no more attacking Freedom Bases anymore.. <_<

This is pathetic. I wanted to love the first STALKER, but the bugs were just sooo much... And I have the same bug as in this video... It's only like an hour into the game as well. Jesus! You'd think for a game you pay money for, it would fucking work...

to solve this problem, you need to capture the outpost which gives the past to cordon, if you let the other stalkers capture this outpost, you can not move to cordon

you have to start all the game again , or load a previous savegame =(

umm... try to go on your own? if u go to the Arrow it says: move to another location? Yes then u there, but if it's not working, try to go from the Machine Yard, but from there u will get killed by STALKERS so the only way is that were are the guide,

maybe try to patch it, or reinstall.

did you have a bug that when you try to enter the garbage from cordon, it just throws you back to cordon??????? it asks if i want to leave to another location, i say yes but still nothing happens?????

ehm normally this only happens in the downloaded (illegal version) of the game. There is a fix for it though

I didn't get the bug at this point, but after I traveled I couldn't go back, and I can't travel to any other areas, it just resets me in the same spot.

if you really dont want to start again , you could go to the northern exit from swamps to cordon, go to the nearby stalker base and the guide there will take you to Cordon central..if that guide doesn't work well then i'd say youd have to try again...
