@jlfreak13 my friend I might be to late for this but which phone you want first of all look at the coverage area which gets better service? AT&T or Verizon? then ask yourself after that which you want, Iphone and Droid are just about the same now, they both have multi-touch, but Droid has more free apps that do stuff then the iphone including free google GPS navigation, Iphone has abit better of battery life and has better camera, I havent played to much with iphone though so its your choice
In every test Nexus one has beaten the IPhone and as it stands now with a few tweeks the Droid can be just as good and as fast as the nexus one. It can be overclocked to 1GHz and now Android 2.2 is also available for it.

i have use both iphone and droid and to tell all of you the truth droid is much much easier to use in every way i phone its old its done you guys have to move forward wen you purchase a i phone its only a 200 dllr phone and your paying the other 500 for the little apple on the back lol its like big companies they buy the same product and just put their tags on them and sell them to you for allot more then what they are actually worth with droid is actually the opposite.
I love apple, and I use a mac computer. However, I also love actually being able to make calls with my phone. In my area, at&t service is horrible, but I've been using verizon for a long time with no problems. As much as I wanted an iphone, I was NOT changing my service, and it was just not practical to pay a crazy amount to buy a phone and then have it activated. So I have a droid, which I now love.
Wow, throughout this series he doesn't even mention the android desktop, widgets, full multitasking, things the iPhone doesn't even have. He's more worried about software like the browser, camera app and media player, components that savvy users will replace from the market anyway. I mean, he doesn't even SHOW the desktop except for using it to launch apps.

I have found that camera response on the Droid gets better if you use an app killer first to free up some system resources. APK will auto kill apps you don't want running and you can set how aggressive it is about killing the apps.
But he is right about the Droid being slow as hell normally. But the pics are really nice, and the video quality is great.
Me to, I didn't upgrade my 3g to 3gs, because I think the iphone 4g will be worth the upgrade alot more.

You made a mistake on the iPhone's screen resolution, it is 320 x 480, not 640 x 480.

wow most people are jumping like monkeys and talking nonsense about the iphone... Verizon is trying too hard to get customers and its working... the Droid seems capable of doing more than the iphone ( like multitasking) and it has a keyboard ( appeals to people who like keyboard better than touch screen duhhh). Both phones are great, if you are in at&t get the iphone and for Verizon the Droid.

I love apple, and I use a mac computer. However, I also love actually being able to make calls with my phone. In my area, at&t service is horrible, but I've been using verizon for a long time with no problems. As much as I wanted an iphone, I was NOT changing my service, and it was just not practical to pay a crazy amount to buy a phone and then have it activated. So I have a droid, which I now love.

Wow, throughout this series he doesn't even mention the android desktop, widgets, full multitasking, things the iPhone doesn't even have. He's more worried about software like the browser, camera app and media player, components that savvy users will replace from the market anyway. I mean, he doesn't even SHOW the desktop except for using it to launch apps.

I have found that camera response on the Droid gets better if you use an app killer first to free up some system resources. APK will auto kill apps you don't want running and you can set how aggressive it is about killing the apps.
But he is right about the Droid being slow as hell normally. But the pics are really nice, and the video quality is great.
