hi there, i just got my hair cut in a similar style, im currently blonde though and i dont like the colour with the cut.

a few years ago when i had longer hair i had the same kinda colour with the blonde and brown/black.

i did it myself. i now want to do it again, so basically like yours, but as its short if i make a mistake with the sectioning its gonna be more obvious (with the long it didnt really matter)

i just want some tips on how you sectioned it to put the blonde in!

Looks great Nikki! It's called a faux hawk. Usually stylists will shave the sides for free in between, just like a fringe/bang trim, so you should ask her/him.

It's a Faux hawk but you need to tell your hair dresser what length you want it cuz they might do it shorter then you would like or leave it longer then you want. but a faux hawk will give them the general idea of what cuts they need to make! :D
