I know the Horde have been evil from demonic influence. Read 'Rise of the Horde', it's a great book and explains the Orcs life before they were corrupted and when they were at peace with the Draenei.

Poor Zul'jin he helped the Horde during the 2nd War and then was captured and thought dead. He returned hoping to join the Horde. We know this by the questline in Hinterland Forest Trolls. He also visited Gurubashi as noted by the trolls in Yojamba Isle. Poor guy returns to his homeland only to see the very Horde he gave his arm and eye for, was on the side of the Elves. So you can tell why he hates the Horde! Wouldn't you?

The trolls do like the horde. The Amani trolls don't like the horde, because the elves that once attacked them in the past, when the elves were working with the alliance, are now allies with the horde. Thus, the Amani hate the elves -> Amani hate the elves' allies -> Amani hate the horde.

And yes, they got along with humans once quite a while ago.

The Amani trolls were originally part of the horde, but the orcs invaded lordaeron, when the trolls stayed to kill the elves, eventually the elves allied with the humans, and beat back the trolls, until they were near extinction. Zul'jin was the leader of the Amani trolls, who was captured by elves and bla bla bla, so when he returns and see's that his old allies have joined the elves, he decides he hates everyone.
