i work at a big boy in ohio for 7 years as a cook. haven't seen a raise in 5 years, and the one i did get was for 25 cents. we have no general manager. just a bunch of asst. managers running the place since the gm quit. we have an open door policy but the people in charge discriminate against other employees. they cut our hours which has caused me to loose my medical insurance. so i'm not sure why some of you people out there love a restaurant that treats their employees like shit.

I can't help but post this blog,... Bobs big boy just opened here in Bakersfield, Ca. After a long absence. I was hungry and decided that I would give them a try and boy was I disapointed. To all prospective restaurant owners listen up. First, Bakersfield is well known as a city for great food. We here love to dine out and people come from all over to sample our fare. From Hollywood celebs to political giants they come here. Bobs big boy won't make it with this crap, I almost threw up.

Great video! I love eating here and I think its so awesome that Bob's is going green. They are installing a solar system in partnership with Helio Power. I can't wait until the grand opening of their solar system.

I remember when we used to have Big Boy here in Arizona. Boy do I miss them. The food was great and so was the atmosphere.

Bobs Big Boys invented the classic Big Mac taste :) with the thousband island yummy hamburger

before McDonalds and In n Out took over ...

its the same 2 big fresh beef pattys , sauce, cheese, lettuce, pickles, onions on sesame buns served with big fries and large order of cole slaw and apple pie :)

now lets see mcdonalds and in and out do that
