12/4/09: Max Baucus, Senate Finance Committee Chairman (D-Montana), was reportedly having an affair with his girlfriend, (Melodee Hanes), when he recommended her for U.S. attorney last year. Baucus & Hanes reportedly begain their affair in the summer of 2008, before Baucus was divorced from his wife. Baucus nominated Hanes for the U.S. attorney post in Montana in March, but she withdrew her name.

Baucus & Hanes reportedly decided that she should withdraw her name because they wanted to live together in Washington, as they now do. Hanes reportedly began working for Baucus in 2002 & was his state director before leaving his office earlier this year for a position in the U.S. Department of Justice.

We all need to really pray hard that God will prevent the government from taking over our healthcare. Our lives depend on it because if "Obamacare" passes all of us eventually will have our life expectancy shortened sooner or later and sadly it will be now for us seniors. I wonder how he will explain that to St. Peter when he "tries" to get in the pearly gates.
