i hv oily skin and hope in a jar is the best. i hv tried to use other creams because philosophy is expensive but after getting rashes from one cream to extreme oiliness and pimples from others...i came running back to philosophy. its worth all the money. its the best. the cleanser is amazing. I knew how amazing it was only after i tried other cleansers. i get breakouts or very oily skin from other cleansers or really tight skin from them. but purity cleanses adn hydrates. perfect skin

I have oily skin. I've been using a sample of the Hope In a Jar. I use in morning and at night and I don't find my face to feel oily at all. You only need a very small amount to moisturize your whole face. Maybe my skin isn't as oily as your but I do find normally by evening my face oily. I don't find this product to enhance the oily-ness.

You need hope in a bottle! it is formulated specifically for oily skin! you will LOVE it. Try it out. I use hope in a jar, I have combination skin. My sister uses hope in a bottle cause hers is a bit oily and the results have been amazing for her! ask for a sample of it next time you stop by a philosophy counter. I don't think you'll be disappointed. :) ALSO, they have a formula for people with dry skin as well. Just throwin' it out there! I'm obsessed and in love with this line!
