I think the majority of these fans aren't all that old or ugly or something...they jut enjoy the music and energy of these beautiful girls. If you watch the guys that are interviewed, there's nothing "wrong" with them if you know what I mean

Do most of these men like their songs or their looks. I like MM's Morning Coffee, Resonant Blue, embarrasingly Happy Summer Wedding, that one Christmas special they did, and a many others, but I'm a little creeped out by the audience of what seems to be full of perverted men. I MUCH prefer to talk to them rather than to touch them.

I think there's a mixture of both. I agree with you in that I would prefer to just meet them than touch them, but to each his own. After following H!P for a while, people's fandoms tend to increase and get more obsessive (I speak from personal experience :p ).

But I think there are some that are there just to "check out the babes" and some that are there because they are excited for the new members and another group still who just want to see their favorite performers.

While they may be old, and at least some of them almost definitely ARE perverts, I doubt *all* of them are.

It's entirely possible that some of the people you see here are just fans that are also old and/or male. Of course, I can't speak for all of them, and there is a possibility that the entire place was filled only with perverts, but I doubt it. As an example of the contrary, I, myself, am male and I am a fan of Junjun and H!P for purely non-sexual reasons.

I doubt it's as bad as it may look.

I wouldn't call their fans old pervs............a lot of them aren't THAT old............but more like nerds who probably can't get a date with a real woman so they live in a fantasy world. But weren't there ANY women there at all?

Other than that, it doesn't look like any appear in the foreground, but there were probably other women there.

Granted, I would prefer to see more women in the audiences of H!P concerts and stuff, myself, but unfortunately that's not the case.

As to why it's like that... without actually living in Japan, I can't answer that, but I *do* know that there are quite a few female fans of H!P that attend their concerts and such. So it's not JUST the guys in these videos.
