I salute your skepticism, Aikiman! I don't take anything I see on YouTube as "proof" of anything. The proof for me comes from actually doing it and feeling it in my body/mind. I'm drawing a map to something pretty cool. It may be hard to tell from the camera angle, but I am directing my pushes through her center from various angles. This is replicated with other participants. The point is that we are stronger with less effort in a state of central equilibrium.
@Aikiman001 yeah, it is easier to uproot somebody if you push under their elbow because you can leverage their whole body and disrupt the shoulder muscle system. It is easier to resist somebody if they Drive straight into you. That means these pushes are the opposite of favored.
