This is a great video. Keep in mind though, that if you want to throw a curve ball there isn't one way to do it. I used to throw it just like this guy when i was in highschool but I switched to having my index and middle finger behind two seams instead of just the index finger behind one seam, that way when you throw it you can put pressure on both fingers instead of just 1. I get a really sharp break with this grip.

this video is for a left-handed thrower. If you are a right-handed thrower, the ball will start inside, almos as if it will hit the batter, then curve at the last second. Or you throw it down the middle, and it will curve to the outside, and the batter will be reaching for it....

I pitch batting practice with my cousin every summer (just for fun) and I think I have a decent breaking ball. This year, I've found a new way to grip the ball that makes it curve and/or drop a little bit more (depending of the angle of my arm when I throw it). I grip it like the guy in this video but the difference I do is : I grip the seems of the ball only with the tip of my index and middle finger. Just the tip of the 2 fingers. Try it... It works for me, maybe it will work for you !
