I also have the footage from one of her shows off the Deluxe Edition of Opheliac, and it looks like that too. Also, from that footage, you can see Maggot cutting pretty carelessly. I think if it were real, she'd be more careful not to kill Emilie! Also, from that footage, it looks like Emilie 'bleeds' pretty fast, so unless she has some clotting problem... :/
