Google has began an ever expanding industry on the internet. I agree with the comment made that you do take it and its advantages for granted when using the internet often.
If you are a business struggling with organising data; then Google search may be a great solution. It seems to work well on the internet so why not try it locally.
Bill Gates must have been chuffed that he didn't act quickly with search engines. Of course, this clearly isn't a very profitable field and that's why Google is just a small, unsuccessful, back garage business today. ;)
Google is such a common thing these days, it's sometimes easy to forget how big Google really is becoming, it's probably most commonly just thought of as the search engine, but Google has created so many other great other products. I love GoogleDocs the most.
I have only been recently accustom to some of the google applications. They are great, easy to use and so much more efficient and every week there seems to be a new add on to the application of some kind. My job would be hell with out them! And it's actually quite cool to put a face to google!
I am always fascinated by Google's constant attempt to come up with new, user friendly applications, that make the lives of people like us easier. GO GOOGLE!
This is a really interesting area. I never put much thought into the amount of time enterprise size businesses waste on 'filing' etc.
It's certainly something I've stopped spending time on myself - tagging and search is so much more efficient. But being from the over 30 agr bracket - it's also a hard habit to break!
google is superb.

I use lots of these Google products, docs is great, maps is awesome, and earth is just plain cool.
My only gripe is that they always seem to be stuck in beta.

It's very obvious that Google does a lot of research into what products their consumers want. Their products always exceed customer expectations.

I was really impressed with the way Google develop new apps and view their development roadmap.
