Is it just me or I think you are getting big in the mid section (not in a good way)? I mean I can see your six packs BUT it's more like you are puttin on fat instead of getting more defined and toned around the belly area. Is it the result of taking creatin and whey? I know they make you put on weights.
Gymboss is the best thing if you do circuit training. I have one. its the thing that pushes me the most. you can do a start time and rest time. plus its a stop watch. try it. gymboss.com and its affordable and effective. hope this helps

Took your idea of 5 exercise and four rounds and personalized the workout according to what I had available.
KB swings
KB Squats
Leg circles (on your back, legs together, making big circles)
One arm bent rows (alternating each round)
KB Curls (thick rope looped thru the bell)
