This is exactly why I only fly foamies. If you crash them, you just fire up the hot-glue gun & 20 minutes later you are back in the air. At worst you salvage all the electronics, spend $50-70 on a new airframe, and you're back flying without spending thousands of dollars on a new plane.
I have seen some really good jet pilots, but quite a few of these crashes were due to people having more money than skill! At least 50% of these were caused by stalls. I don't care how fast the plane is flying, if you pull too much elevator, she is going to tuck and roll! The delta wing airplane was stalled for the entire 200' fall to earth, let off of the elevator, give it a chance to fly! I have nothing against rc jets, but lots of the people flying them should still be on a buddy box!
what can i say... mostly pilot errors: start pulling up too hard, plane stalls- BOOM, everyone is crying. But i have to admit, some guys did a good job landing with almost no landing gear.

what can i say... mostly pilot errors: start pulling up too hard, plane stalls- BOOM, everyone is crying. But i have to admit, some guys did a good job landing with almost no landing gear.
