Its not the first time. Remember K-19, the Russian nuclear submarine that had a loss of cooling and almost went into meltdown? The sacrifice of the Soviet navy personell not only saved the rest of the crew but probably prevented an accidental nuclear exchange between the Soviets and the USA.
I cant imagine many other nations where the people could be so brave
I cannot believe these guys are touching highly radioactive material and the gear they have is very primitive.
