Looks like everyone is a little bit jealous of spammers. You know you want to be rich. Besides not all spam is done in an illegal manner. If I want to promote a site by link building I'd post my link on high pr blogs. Sure its spam, but it is no crime. What if I as a spammer am helping people and functioning with in the legal limitations? Than what?

Well, you know...spamming is NOT illegal. But, like junk mail, it is annoying and the people who do it are pretty much seen as what they are; obnoxious A-holes. But, when a spammer does illegal stuff (spams porn to kids, compromises computers with bots, makes false claims and statements, etc.) then it IS illegal and they should be punished in the criminal and civil courts. I'll leave it to you and your own conscience (which seems to be lacking) to determine your own spamming habits.

I don't think it's practical to buy everyone a computer but, I do think that, upon conviction, ALL the money a scammer/spammer has made should go into a fund reserved for improving internet security. It would be sweet to know that they are paying to catch and prosecute themselves!
