How am I supposed to think this organisation is credible. It partners up with Bell Canada. I swear on my life that I received a letter from them that stated something like ''Open this if you have mental health issues''. There was no sign of Bell on it. I opened it just to see that Bell was trying to advertise they're products. If it's not illegal well it should be. It's one of the few moments in my life in which I felt utterly disgusted.
My friends and I ran the 75 km west coast trail this summer to raise money for the cmha, we raised $14000. My organization documented the journey, you should check it out by youtube searching "1 day for the cmha"

Sounds like SCAMH. Building mental health? Transforming lives? False, overblown claims and, from some quarters, possibly even lies.
